Known as the "First Lady of Professional Wrestling" and seemingly the most well known Diva in World Wrestling Entertainment history, Elizabeth broke onto the scene as a valet for "Macho Man" Randy Savage. While she was never a prepared in-ring entertainer, Elizabeth assumed essential parts in some important fights.

She was up front amid the implosion of the Mega Powers including Savage and Hulk Hogan, and she played distinctive adaptations of her character after she joined World Championship Wrestling. Her story had a miserable completion, as Liz appallingly kicked the bucket of a medication overdose in 2003. She was 42 years of age at the time.
